HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?

Every order you place with us is special.  Each of your items is custom printed or embroidered at the time the order is received at our fulfillment centre.

For apparel products (i.e., shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc.), it takes 2-7 business days to fulfill your order before it gets shipped.

 

For non-apparel products (i.e., mugs, bags, etc.), it takes 2-5 business days to fulfill your order before it gets shipped.

 

There is more information on each of the specific product pages about the fulfillment and shipping times.

*Please note that due to COVID-19, fulfillment and shipping times are slower than normal so it may take more time than the predicted time (more on the product pages)*

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

When it comes to the payment of a product, Simply Canada supports the following payment options:

  • Debit Card

  • PayPal account


We hope you will find a payment method that suits you best from these options.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Simply Canada, our number one goal is to deliver our customers top notch products. To read our Return Policy, please see our Store Policies page or click here.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at simplycanada@outlook.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Good news! Here at Simply Canada, we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers. That's why we offer free shipping on all of our products to anywhere in Canada!

WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It's difficult to predict the shipping times.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR DUTIES FOR MY ORDER?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!  Wherever possible, orders will be fulfilled within or as close to the countries in which they are ordered.

If your order needs to be re-directed to a different global fulfillment centre, you will not be charged extra for shipping -- we will cover the extra costs for you. 

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at simplycanada@outlook.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
